Can you help me with inspiration?
Submissions are completely open to interpretation, in which you can be inspired by your endometriosis journey, be that:
Will I get paid /get royalties ?
No, unfortunately we can not afford to pay for submissions. This is a self-funded project, in which all profits will go towards running the exhibition & live events to raise awareness for endometriosis
Are all submissions accepted?
Yes! This is not a competition but a collaboration of lived experiences. All submissions will be published and showcased in the exhibition
Will I be gifted a copy of the book ?
No, unfortunately we can not afford to gift everyone a copy of the book. This is a self-funded project, in which approximate cost to just get the book to print with professional art photos and copy writing services will be £6k
Am I given credit for my submission?
Yes! (unless you want to remain anonymous) Your name will be published along side your work, we can even arrange a QR code to direct viewers to your website / organisation
How will the coffee table book be formatted?
A draft copy of the book will be sent to a publishing house for proof reading, editing and publication. All non-digital submissions will be required to be sent to London in order for the submission to be turned into a professional image via scanning or photographing your work.
What if my art work is not digital ?
We will be in contact with you regarding transporting your work to London (UK). In which we will organise professional photos for publication.
If you have opted in for the exhibition we will then showcase your original work in the gallery.
Will the exhibition be travelled outside of the UK?
We are working with and are continuing to reach out to organisations around the world, to plan international events.
What if my art work is digital ?
We may require you to resend your work to us, to enable us to get a high resolution for print. If you have opted into the exhibition we will be in contact with you regarding how you would like your work displayed / printed.

Will any changes be made to my literature submission ?
No, None! Your words will be printed the way you want them to be read / heard. During the copywriting process spelling & grammar mistakes will be corrected, however you will be notified.
How do I ask a different question ?
What if my art work is not digital ?
You have two options
1) You can send in a high resolution photo on a white back drop
2) You can transport your work to London (UK). In which we will organise professional photos for publication.
If you have opted in for the exhibition we will then showcase your original work in the gallery, or alternatively we can showcase a canvas print of your works.

How do I ask a different question ?
My art work require specialist framing / attachments / a specific way to showcase my work who provides these?
It is your responsibility to provide all attachments and instructions required to display / hang your art work, if this has to be done in a set way. We are more than happy for you to install the work yourself during the set up of the exhibition, please note this must be pre-arranged. We are more than happy to provide nails / screws / string etc to hang a canvas / picture frame / wall hanging etc. Nonetheless, we are unable, for example, to supply a suspension system / moving plates / heavy duty brackets / projector etc. Please Email us on contact@project514415.com if your art work can not easily be hung with screws or nails, so that we can work together to show case your work

Will my art work be sold / placed up for sale
All submissions will belong to the person who created and submitted the art work. All art work will be returned back to the artist, unless the artist has pre-requested us to sell their art works.
If you would like your art work to be placed up for sale, please contact us so we can work together to arrange the t&c around the sale of your art work.
How do I post / deliver my submission to you?
If you have a non-digital submission, we will be in contact with you on where to deliver your work. Please note that you will have to cover the costs of transport to London (UK). Depending on where you live we are aware that you may wish to ship the works to London, in which you may prefer to do this prior to the deadline due to the time it takes to ship. If this is the case please reach out to us to arrange delivery at contact@project514415.com
I am not able to ship the original works to London
If you are unable to ship your original works to the UK, please can you organise a high resolution scan of your work. So that we can print a high quality, high resolution images for both the coffee book and for a printed canvas in the exhibition.
The printed canvas of your image used for the exhibition will belong to you.
Why do you not have a set tour list confirmed and published?
We are unable to book and confirm exhibition venues until we know how much space we require. Therefore, we are currently window shopping, meeting with venues, and plotting a action plan behind closed doors, so that we can book suitable venue’s that can showcase all the submissions.
When will the exhibition dates and venues be realised?
We are still working behind the scenes for dates within the 2024, nonetheless, we are awaiting to see how many and what type of submissions we get in, so that we can hire out suitable venues, to enable everyone's works to be showcased.
Will my submission be showcased at the exhibition
All submissions will be published into the coffee table book, if you have opted into the exhibition your submission will be showcased at our main exhibition.
We will seek permission from all artists, regarding their submission being used for other exhibitions and gallery viewings hosted by our collaborative organisations & charities.
Please reach out to us if there is a venue or organisation that you would like your works toured to, and we will do our best to include it into that collection.
Who will be the named author?
You will!
This is a collaborative project in which everyone who submits will become a co-author, in which we will print the name you submitted on the submission form.
Everyone who wishes to remain anonymous will be grouped together as "anonymous members of the endometriosis community"
