Challenge 10-by-10

Welcome to Project 514 415 challenge, 'Challenge 10-by-10', This challenge has been designed so that anyone can take part, no mater their age, abilities, skill set or interests.

​

All we ask for is a minimum donation of  £10, in which you will receive a '10-by-10 Planner and Journal' pdf booklet to help you not only achieve a meaningful challenge that you would be proud of, but enable you to document your challenge and be guide through the art of journaling .

​

All donations will go towards our publication costs of £6k, with all additional funding going towards our future projects for Project 514 415, to continue to share the lived experiences of living with endometriosis. 

​

Of course we couldn't have a challenge without having a play on numbers...so why 10-by-10 do you ask?  5+1+4 x 5+1+4 challenge aka the 514 415 challenge!

 

Lets Achieve to the power of 10, over 10 (or 100) days  together!

What is the 10-by-10 challenge?

To complete 1 challenge or goal within 10 days.

​

However, this challenge must be set to the power of 10 eg:​

  • ​10 times 

  • 10 days in a row

  • 10 hours 

  • 10 miles

  • 10km

  • 10 items / things

Ultimate
10 x 10 challenge

To complete 10 challenges or goals within 100 days. 

​

This can be 10 challenges one after the other. 

-OR-

10 challenges running alongside each other over 100 days

Donation's

We are asking for a suggested donation of £10, which will get you a 10-by-10 Planner and Journal' pdf booklet challenge pack, or a 10-X-10 Planner and Journal' pdf booklet pack.

​

Nonetheless, every little helps in which we would love for everyone to take part. Therefore, we have invented the 'Taking Part Pack', which you can download for free.

 

If you are unable to donate, we would still love you to take part and share your 1-in-10 challenge with us on social media.

  • Sign up to a new course or class and complete10 over 100 days.

  • Cook a homecooked meal everyday for 10 days
